Order policies

Since we sometimes take credit cards, we're required to have some policies.

Cancellation

Orders are not freely cancellable once we've started work. Contact us to determine whether an order can be cleanly cancelled.

Shipping

Some items are made to order and take a long time to prepare. Please contact us to obtain a shipping time estimate and explain any special constraints or timing needs.

• Export controlled items such as sensors will be shipped via air freight.
• Large items such as magnetic shields use a frieght service.
• All other small items will use a standard package service.

We pass our shipping costs through to the customer without added fees or overhead. These costs are quoted in advance of the order.

Returns

Generally, returns are not accepted. However, please contact us if you're unhappy with something.

Warranty

Items are warranted to work according to website specifications for one year unless you break it.

We still want to hear from you if something isn't working after a year and we'll do our best to keep things working.

Refund policy

In the rare case of a return for functionality and performance we may, at our discretion, offer you a refund instead of a replacement.
